Moderately challenging Galileo class targeting wrist stiffness and shoulder tightness. Class begins with a general warm-up with mini bands. The session continues with a variety of exercises including squats, wrist circles, ulnar and radial nerve glides and squats to side bends ( yoga inspired). Class then transitions to Stall Bars/ yoga trapeze material, leaning into standing positions to support different muscle groups and enhancing flexibility, then ending with inversions.

This session offers students of all levels the opportunity to improve flexibility, balance, and muscle activation in their legs through a series of expertly guided exercises. 

Throughout the class, we return to  essential movements such as cat cows, leg stretches, and side bends, with a focus on activating neuromuscular connections via focused hip and knee engagement. The workout includes playful exercises including the figure 8 leg movement and a relaxing quad massage, providing both challenge and rejuvenation for muscles. The class culminates in a full-body mobility exercise emphasizing abdominal vibrations and tailbone movements, leaving students feeling energized and invigorated

This class focuses on enhancing balance, flexibility, and muscle activation through a variety of dynamic movements and exercises.

 Starting with balance and pressure awareness exercises on the Galileo machine, participants engage in head nods and forward bends to encourage full-body lengthening and awareness. The session progresses to all-fours exercises, incorporating mini bands and a soft half roller for upper body and wrist mobilization. Standing exercises on the Galileo further activate leg muscles, using mini-bands to strengthen the adductors and activate balance through resistance and feedback.  Class concludes with hamstring and hip stretches on the Galileo , promoting muscle relaxation and recovery.

Props needed:  soft half foam roller, extra-long TheraBand, mini bands for thighs and knees, bolster.

This class guides you through a series of exercises to unwind and stretch your hamstrings and calves using the Galileo and a half roller, spinal mobilizations, creative arm stretches, and upper body unwinding. Participants also explore different positions to activate and stretch the muscles around the sit bones, and work on shoulder mobility and tricep stretches. Class concludes with hip traction exercises using therabands. Overall, this class aims to increase flexibility, release tension, and promote body awareness.

Props needed : Soft half roller, yoga block, two therabands with loops on the ends, a bath towel, cut piece of yoga mat and a bolster.

Stand & Deliver

Galileo WBV class exploring eye exercises for neuromuscular strength/focus and proprioceptive tools restoring balance to the neck and shoulders. Standing exercises to strengthen and open the entire pelvis support the open flow of feedback through the spine. Class ends with a restorative sequence in straddle stretch.

This class requires a dowel, a lightweight scarf or pillowcase and a set of stall bars ( or a doorway and a stool). A heavy resistance band attached high up on the stall bars will be helpful at times.

Jaw & Order

Using a pencil to reset the balance of jaw tension, this class begins with a generalized shoulder warmup and then moves into seated upper body exercises on the Galileo. Face and scalp massage prepare the areas of focus for new exploration of ranges of motion. Then we add a pencil between the teeth to to access the masseter muscle and set it on " stretch", elongating it's relationship with the shoulder girdle and providing an additional proprioceptive point of reference for the axis of the skull.

Class ends with constructive rest in an organic happy baby position, releasing the pelvis and resting into the renewed length of the spine from cranium to sacrum.
