Designed for adults with prior movement experience, this series draws from floor work, primal movement, strength training, and mobility sequencing — all layered into a dynamic flow that reconnects you to your body’s vitality.
Each class guides you through coordinated transitions from standing to the floor and back again, challenging balance, building core and upper body strength, and enhancing proprioceptive awareness. Think of it as your weekly 90-minute reset — grounding, uplifting, and deeply satisfying.
Whether your background is in dance, somatics, or general fitness, this class offers a powerful return to embodied movement in a supportive group setting.
