Wrap-Ture
This class focuses on enhancing balance, flexibility, and muscle activation through a variety of dynamic movements and exercises.
Starting with balance and pressure awareness exercises on the Galileo machine, participants engage in head nods and forward bends to encourage full-body lengthening and awareness. The session progresses to all-fours exercises, incorporating mini bands and a soft half roller for upper body and wrist mobilization. Standing exercises on the Galileo further activate leg muscles, using mini-bands to strengthen the adductors and activate balance through resistance and feedback. Class concludes with hamstring and hip stretches on the Galileo , promoting muscle relaxation and recovery.
Props needed: soft half foam roller, extra-long TheraBand, mini bands for thighs and knees, bolster.
