This class takes you through a gentle yet energizing full-body warm-up routine, designed to enhance movement and circulation. Starting on the floor, it introduces various exercises, including hand walks in a clock pattern for shoulder mobility, wrist stretches, leg extensions for hip and abdominal activation, and knee bending activities for leg stretching. The session progresses to hip and knee stabilization exercises on the Galileo and PS Pro with the Wide Sling ( or Yoga Trapeze) and ends with relaxation techniques involving Galileo vibration and sling support for a deep stretch and cool-down
