This Galileo class gently restores balance, alignment, and flexibility throughout the body.
Starting with self-massage techniques for the head, neck, and shoulders, participants will learn to use the Galileo's vibrations to release tension in these critical areas. The class then guides you through resistance stretching exercises to enhance upper body mobility before transitioning to the lower body, focusing on the hips, hamstrings, and thighs.
Through a combination of standing stretches and vibration-assisted movements, this session aims to unwind tension, improve flexibility, and foster an overall sense of well-being.
