Stand & Deliver

Galileo WBV class exploring eye exercises for neuromuscular strength/focus and proprioceptive tools restoring balance to the neck and shoulders. Standing exercises to strengthen and open the entire pelvis support the open flow of feedback through the spine. Class ends with a restorative sequence in straddle stretch.

This class requires a dowel, a lightweight scarf or pillowcase and a set of stall bars ( or a doorway and a stool). A heavy resistance band attached high up on the stall bars will be helpful at times.
