This Restorative Galileo session focuses on relieving tension and enhancing flexibility in the lower thoracic region, shoulders, and core. Through a combination of warm-up exercises, dynamic movements, breath work, and stretching, participants are guided to achieve optimal comfort and performance using the PS Pro, the Elements Wide Sling and other standard props. The session emphasizes core engagement, targeted breathwork practice, and hamstring flexibility, concluding with mindful breathing and a reflective pause to foster a sense of internal ease and overall body readiness.
