Wrist Side Story

Moderately challenging Galileo class targeting wrist stiffness and shoulder tightness. Class begins with a general warm-up with mini bands. The session continues with a variety of exercises including squats, wrist circles, ulnar and radial nerve glides and squats to side bends ( yoga inspired). Class then transitions to Stall Bars/ yoga trapeze material, leaning into standing positions to support different muscle groups and enhancing flexibility, then ending with inversions.
