is rooted in reverence for freedom of expression. The sacred union of physical, spiritual, emotional and artistic freedom is the heart of my be-ing. As a movement specialist, I see so many people who are imprisoned within their own bodies, and that lack of freedom affects them to the core.

I believe that when you feel free in your body, you ARE free. That moving our bodies is one of the most basic forms of expression we have. That joyful expression creates it’s own imprint on the world, and that the harmonization of these elements bring us closer to inner and outer Peace."



Domini Anne brings a unique, powerful blend of rich expertise and intuitive insight to her teaching, training, and bodywork.

 

Using her extensive background in movement to empower individuals to fully inhabit their bodies and guide movement coaches to foster the same depth of connection.

A seasoned Galileo Master Trainer and former Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis Master Trainer, Domini has broadened her focus towards a holistic approach to fitness. Her journey is enriched by diverse certifications in the field of movement, anatomy, and bodywork, reflecting a commitment to understanding the body's complexities.

The creation of Core Breathwork and the pioneering Proprio-Synthesis program marks Domini's transition towards offering personalized training experiences that respect individual needs, leveraging her extensive anatomical knowledge, including insights gained from dissection studies. This expertise is evident in her tailored sessions, which utilize Galileo technology to enhance body awareness and proprioception, illustrating a novel approach to movement education.

Currently, Domini dedicates her efforts to leading the online Proprio-Synthesis teacher training program and providing specialized sessions that combine advanced bodywork techniques with movement education. Her work advocates for a comprehensive, integrated approach to wellness, inspiring both individuals and educators to explore the depths of physical and mental well-being through a diverse and informed perspective on fitness and health.
