These classes are designed to refine your connection to breath and movement and strengthen the muscles that create spaciousness in your body. If you’re also a practitioner, you’ll build a functional toolkit of exercises you can use with your clients. Each class is 60 minutes long and employs simple tools like a ball or theraband.
