Opening the lungs 3 dimensionally and massaging the digestive system, this class prepares you for intensive yogic breathing practices such as Nauli, Kapalabathi and Nadi Shoshana. Or, to simplify, this class teaches you exercises that can help you clean out your digestive system, as well as targeting muscles that can support your lower back and improve your posture.
