Baby, I got your back

One of the hidden sources of back pain is disconnection with the legs.

Without integration between the thighs, pelvis and spine, even simple actions such as walking and standing can become awkward and painful.

This 20 minute sequence re-establishes movement patterns at the junction of the trochanter and acetabulum ( the thigh and the hip socket) and allows the pelvis to stabilize in relation to those movements. Ultimately, by separating "leg movement" from " hip movement" the body is empowered to maintain alignment as it moves through space. Whether walking, dancing, or jumping off of buildings, the muscle memory of how to stabilize within crucial ranges of motion assists every body in it's interaction with the world.
