Base Tones

Setting the foundation for stable movement, this class creates a stable relationship between the pelvis and thighs. As the base of our " life function container" the pelvis plays a critical role in almost every function of the body.

This class includes:

• alternate lung breathing

• dry breathing ( aka " breathing without breathing"

• 5.5 second breathing

• resistance based exercises to strengthen the hips, thighs and knees

If you are unfamiliar with any of these breathing techniques, please take " Ready State" or " Un-Common Core before taking this class.
