A core toning sequence combined with the frequency that both enhances digestion and activates the pelvic floor integrates strength from the lower body with upper body release and freedom. Finally, we shift the Galileo settings to W3, varying frequency and amplitude in order to constantly challenge the vestibular system, where single leg balancing exercises are trained on the plate - building intelligent, reactionary muscular activation and strength throughout the trained range of motion.

Beginning with a thorough self-massage, and progressing in to load bearing and strengthening exercises to increase strength, proprioception and range of motion through the lower limbs and core.
