This 60 minute advanced Galileo Whole Body Vibration class moves through all three training ranges with ease. Utilizing hand weights as well as resistance bands in addition to classic bodyweight training, students learn to control and activate range of motion throughout their bodies.
Two 3-5 lb hand weights, a long medium strength theraband, a swiffer mop or long stick and two yoga blocks are required to experience this workout in full.
