These Hips Don't Lie

Healing the hips: 

This class was designed around two separate needs: one student had a chronic imbalance in her hips, and another had requested attention to AB/ADduction as she explored deeper bends in her knees.

What resulted was a low intensity warmup, leading into some deep ROM exercises for the hips/pelvis/thighs.

A Stable Base

Galileo WBV class stabilizing the lower body. Beginner - intermediate level.

Training environment : stall bars or a doorway and a resistance band. 

Class begins with a simple standing warmup and includes seated spinal mobilizations/hamstring massage, lunge sequence, and lumbar spine mobilization.

Galileo WBV class created for lymphatic circulation and drainage. 

Although there is credible documentation that whole body vibration is beneficial for the lymphatic system, very little information is provided as to specific positions, exercises or frequencies that can affect this system directly. 

This class applies techniques from manual therapy as well as physical exercises known to improve lymphatic drainage, and combines them with frequencies resonant with  the autonomic nervous system for a nurturing and rejuvenating experience that supports lymphatic flow.

This rental includes the Zoom recording, which is lower res video but clear sound. Excellent for those practicing with internal speakers or unstable wifi. Both classes are exactly the same.

Galileo WBV/Yoga Trapeze workout that elongates the spine, connects and balances the pelvis, and improves flexibility and digestion.

Get Low

Galileo WBV class staying close to the floor. Bodyweight exercise stabilizes the shoulder girdle, and strategic positioning focuses attention on the oblique abdominals, as well as dynamic torso stabilization.

Hamstring fascial release, lower body flexibility, and pelvic stabilization also are featured in this 50 minute workout.

Galileo WBV class with a focus on posterior chain unwinding.  This class is excellent for fascial health, moving through a tonifying self-massage of the back body from toes to head. Also included are exercises for hand/wrist health and unwinding of the forearms.


A small closed chain workout with the dowel completes the 50 minute experience.

Class features fascial unwinding, strengthening exercises and ends an integrative sequence to solidify new muscle memory and alignment.

Base Line

Galileo WBV class focusing on hip strength and mobility. 

Class moves through whole body mobilizations, seated stretches and spinal articulations, and prone sequences designed to stabilize the pelvis while increasing ROM at the hip joint.

This class introduces new integrations for props setup, combining the dowel and theraband for a unique closed chain environment providing stable feedback with universal resistance. 

You will need a 6 foot dowel and medium strength theraband of at least 5 ft length to fully experience class.

Galileo WBV class focusing on lower body balancing and control. 

Pelvis stabilization, hamstring stretches and oblique abdominal work are consistent focuses in this 50 minute class.

 Props needed : 2 yoga blocks, two bath towels, 1 stiff foam roller, one long dowel.

Give it Up, Turn it Loose!

Galileo/Stall Bars class working with bodyweight, resistance bands and a stiff full roller to build global mobility. Focusing on upper and lower body stretches, and pelvic proprioception. 

Props needed - one pull up bar in a doorway, or stall bars, one medium strength resistance band, and a stiff/textured full roller that can be placed on the Galileo.

Hanging Out With the Bars

60 minute Galileo WBV class integrating vertical stall bars with both slanted and direct WBV technology, 

Class begins with a dynamic "self massage" with the Galileo plate slanted at an angle, drastically changing the way that the M-stim effects the body. Students move in and out of the direct lines of force, finding new ways to integrate connected muscle chains in to their core. 

From there, we shift angles and work on knee strengthening, side body lengthening and full body stretches at various HZ, for a challenging, yet nourishing full body workout.
