Healing the hips:
This class was designed around two separate needs: one student had a chronic imbalance in her hips, and another had requested attention to AB/ADduction as she explored deeper bends in her knees.
What resulted was a low intensity warmup, leading into some deep ROM exercises for the hips/pelvis/thighs.
Galileo WBV class created for lymphatic circulation and drainage.
Although there is credible documentation that whole body vibration is beneficial for the lymphatic system, very little information is provided as to specific positions, exercises or frequencies that can affect this system directly.
This class applies techniques from manual therapy as well as physical exercises known to improve lymphatic drainage, and combines them with frequencies resonant with the autonomic nervous system for a nurturing and rejuvenating experience that supports lymphatic flow.

Galileo WBV class with a focus on posterior chain unwinding. This class is excellent for fascial health, moving through a tonifying self-massage of the back body from toes to head. Also included are exercises for hand/wrist health and unwinding of the forearms.

Props needed : 2 yoga blocks, two bath towels, 1 stiff foam roller, one long dowel.

60 minute Galileo WBV class integrating vertical stall bars with both slanted and direct WBV technology,
Class begins with a dynamic "self massage" with the Galileo plate slanted at an angle, drastically changing the way that the M-stim effects the body. Students move in and out of the direct lines of force, finding new ways to integrate connected muscle chains in to their core.
From there, we shift angles and work on knee strengthening, side body lengthening and full body stretches at various HZ, for a challenging, yet nourishing full body workout.
