Galileo/Stall Bars class working with bodyweight, resistance bands and a stiff full roller to build global mobility. Focusing on upper and lower body stretches, and pelvic proprioception.
Props needed - one pull up bar in a doorway, or stall bars, one medium strength resistance band, and a stiff/textured full roller that can be placed on the Galileo.
