Galileo WBV class focusing on hip strength and mobility. 

Class moves through whole body mobilizations, seated stretches and spinal articulations, and prone sequences designed to stabilize the pelvis while increasing ROM at the hip joint.

This class introduces new integrations for props setup, combining the dowel and theraband for a unique closed chain environment providing stable feedback with universal resistance. 

You will need a 6 foot dowel and medium strength theraband of at least 5 ft length to fully experience class.
