Unwind Your Spine - 15 minute floor routine to " Unkink" your Spine and Body
This mini-class guides you through a series of postural exercises designed to restore pelvic alignment and elongate your spine. We begin with spinal traction exercises to release tension in the head, neck and torso. The session includes a self-directed pubic bone reset using a yoga block and strap to stabilize the pelvis and deepen bodily awareness. Further exercises aim at decompressing the lower lumbar spine, expanding thoracic freedom, and connecting various body parts to the core for improved movement and proprioception. The exercises are intended to create a deep stretch, release tension, and provide a grounding experience for your entire body.
