The Spinal Frontier - 10 min Foam Roller reset
A detailed 10 minute session focused on spine alignment and relaxation techniques using a foam roller ( and optional yoga block). We begin with positioning the foam roller behind the spine to encourage grounding and centering. Instructions are given on how to effectively use breath to gauge the spacing between vertebrae, aiming to discover and alleviate tension points within the body. The session progresses to exercises for the shoulders and thoracic region, suggesting movements like shoulder circling, head turning, and utilizing a block for deeper tailbone alignment.
