Shoulder to Shoulder

Extended Gyrotonic class focusing on building shoulder mobility and upper body extension while maintaining core strength. 

Class includes a 45 minute floor warmup that can be used as a stand-alone workout. 
Although this series can vastly increase shoulder ROM, it doesn't approach the classic "Upper Body Series" in the traditional way. As opposed to " reaching" or "yawning", we learn to stabilize and mobilize; creating open hearted shapes from a place of strength within the spine. 

This mini-workshop is filled with regressive exercises that are helpful for students at any level. If you struggle with shoulder mobility, or suffer from back pain after " arching", this class is for you.
