75 Minute creative Gyrotonic class that begins with the final family ( Upper Body Openings) and progresses regressively through a traditional Gyrotonic workout. By addressing the "final families" first, we are able to isolate specific ranges of motion at every joint - refining movement patterns as opposed to enjoying global range of motion.
