Part II of the Posterior Chain/Gluteal Fold Gyrotonic Master class series, addressing contralateral stabilization in multiple ways. 

In other words, the ability to extend one leg behind the body as a result of the support created by the other leg reaching in front of the body. 

Class begins with a continuation of the original meditation, moves to a floor workout exploring contralateral stabilization in different relationships with gravity, then moves to the Gyrotonic equipment for cranio-sacral balancing in spinal motions, hamstrings designed for extra flexibility, abdominals multiple ways and further on throughout the families. 

This 90 minute class increases your potential to find "stillpoints" in your movement, multiple expressions of contrast and balance within one shape, no matter how challenging. 

Be aware, audio on the high res version is crackly at the beginning. It eases up about 20 minutes in to class.
