Unlocking the body's ability to move in multiple co-ordinated directions.
Class 1 of a series begins with a 30 minute somatic exercise sequence increasing proprioception and control over the major segments of the body, then applies those concepts of movement to a selection of exercises in the Arch/Curl and Hamstring families.
Class ends with a brief upper body series performed both standing and in tall kneeling position.
