There are three training ranges - each offering a different type of neuro-muscular stimulation :

Balance and Mobilization 5 Hz -12 Hz

Flexibility and Function 12 Hz - 20Hz

Finding your correct amplitude is the foundation to effective Galileo training.

Once you understand the relationship between foot positioning and muscular activation, you have the basic tools to access the benefits of intentionally directed mechano-stimulation.

This 4 minute video walks you through.

And this instructional video will help you achieve balanced foot and weight positioning, which is essential in order to fully benefit from the even bi-lateral stimulation available through Galileo side alternating technology.


The Mechano-Stimulation travels strongest through a straight line and an engaged muscle chain, so by bending your knees or leaning forward or back, you can change the pathway of muscle contraction in your body and learn to direct this force where you want it.

 

 

Here are some introductory workouts to help you start connecting with your Galileo device

The first takes you through the three training ranges with some basic mobilization exercises.

The second introduces the Wobble variation - one of the most powerful ways to charge up your your workout.

And the third gives you a taste of my very favorite setting.

You will need a 6 foot dowel for these workouts.

Each of these exercises could be performed for much longer, and can stand alone.

The purpose of these initial training videos is to introduce you to some basic exercises and help you to familiarize yourself with Galileo training experience.
