Class # 2 in the Arc of Strength Aerial Yoga/Trapeze series incorporates a long, medium strength theraband ( and one loop band if you have it) for better connection and proprioceptive awareness.
This class builds up towards Scorpion by evenly strengthening the back and front of the torso - exploring undulations on various planes with varied resistance.
