This class was sparked by a request for the "floor work including Sciatica"
After 3 days of serious thought, I came up with this class in response. 

You will need a mat, a 10 lb weight, a yoga block ( or firm thing about 4 inches high) and some ankle weights ( these are somewhat optional) to fully experience class.
