By purchasing this session, deposit or package, I agree to the terms of Domini Anne’s Studio Policies, Covid Liability waiver, and General Liability Waiver.

I have read the aforementioned documents, and understand that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy on all sessions booked, and release Domini Anne and her training studio of any and all liability that may result from physical training with her, either remotely or on her premises, in accordance with the liability waiver.
