Blazing Straddles
Research shows that by firing your muscles in a range ( as opposed to passive stretching), they then become flexible at that range. The Sarcomeres (the basic contractile units of the muscles) learn that those positions are now “ safe”, and give your body better access to it.
This 100 minute class combines resistance bands with the Gyrotonic pulley tower for additional proprioceptive feedback as we progressively move towards the “Pancake”, building strength along with flexibility.
