Pushing Up - Beginner class with hand weights

60 minute flow class refining the classic choreography of a beginner GK class through the feedback of 3-5 lb hand weights. 
The addition of external weight to this fluid practice builds a strong sense of the Gyrotonic concept of " Stabilization through Contrast", as well as increasing proprioception around balance, safe ranges of motion in the body, and a visceral awareness of the " 5th line
