Dawn of the Head
Neck & Shoulder Reset (13 min) | Chair-Based Head & Scapula Release
This 13-minute chair-based sequence focuses on releasing tension in the neck and shoulders by reorganizing how the head, spine, and shoulder blades relate to each other.
Using supported inversion and simple positioning, this session introduces spinal traction with head support, gentle craniosacral stimulation, and posterior chain activation. Through subtle rocking, rotational patterns, and arm integration, the scapulae begin to move more freely across the ribcage—without forcing range.
This is a short, restorative sequence that improves shoulder mobility, reduces neck tension, and helps the body find a more efficient, supported way to move.
What you’ll work on:
Spinal traction with head support
Craniosacral rhythm and nervous system reset
Posterior chain activation and stability
Ribcage mobility through gentle twists
Rotator cuff stabilization and control
