The Harold and Maude - DIY Neck Traction routine

Neck feeling stiff? Tension headaches? Your head can feel " screwed on too tightly" for so many different reasons, but luckily some simple solutions exist. This short video demonstrates the setup for DIY neck traction with a medium strength theraband, a hair scrunchie( or clip) and a doorknob. Notes : • Always best to position one's self on the side of the door that opens AWAY from the body. ( the opposite is demonstrated in the video) • Pillows can be used to elevate the head to the most comfortable position. • Make sure that whatever you attach the theraband to is stable and will not be pulled over by your body movement.
