This was a fun little class I designed, yet again around a "handy object" that can be used to open up the body. Part self massage, part abdominal workout/stretch/breathing class, and all tongue-in-cheek humor.
Class takes around 30 minutes. Be sure to give yourself enough time to finish.
You will need a yoga mat, a towel, and perhaps a pillow as props. If you would like an additional mat or blanket to lie on, please provide additionally.
