These two free classes are inspired by material in the Proprio-Synthesis curriculum which explored the use of resistance to enhance specific qualities of movement.
In the first one, we use bands looped around the body in order to even out curvatures of the spine, and address imbalances in hip length and uneven tension patterns in the side body. The second class, more dynamic, applies banded resistance to plyometric exercises, rendering them more accessible, and stimulates fascial health by emphasizing the quality of recoil at the end range of motion.
Both classes contain a plethora of tools and ideas that can be applied to any movement style, or enjoyed on their own as a unique class existing outside of any particular movement discipline, designed for you to immerse yourself in the joy of your body in movement.
