Sunshine on my Shoulders

Gyrotonic class #3 in the Biological Pump series. We explore how the abdominal connections created through the homework sequence can be applied to stabilize the thoracic region of the spine, allowing for more refined articulation through the cervical spine and shoulder girdle. 

You will need 4 yoga blocks ( or things to sit on and stack your bench on) 

a long sling from Elements by Momentum World ( or a yoga strap) 

Two Therabands 

Hand weights - 3-5 lbs
