Traveling Light
Dear Students,
This collection of classes will sustain you through periods of injury, travel, or just lack of access to equipment.
I hope they keep you happy in your bodies, and open in spirit.
The first 4 classes are approximately an hour in length, and shorter ones follow. Keep scrolling ;)
Props needed:
• long, medium strength theraband
• body rolling ball - roughly 10 inches diameter
• tennis size ( or smaller) body rolling ball
• sturdy stool
Thanksgiving Bonus Class - start with this one!!!
You’ll need a stool and a theraband.
Class #1 - Connecting the legs - you’ll need a stool and a theraband
Class #2 - liberating the upper body - you’ll need the balls, along with your stool and theraband.
Class #3 - the exhale, and abdominal connections.
You will need a theraband, a small ball, a stool and a 36 inch firm foam roller
Class #4 - you will need a hard or soft foam roller, a theraband and a stool for this class.
