Optimize your Training

The Galileo device is the “magic bullet” for driving muscle contractions.

But beyond building muscle, how does one sculpt the results?

Undeniably, the 95% muscle recruitment available through the Galileo is better than the 65% recruitment that our brain delivers on average, but that still provides no distinction between intelligent/conscious movement and proper alignment vs. the “ wide brush” of global muscle contractions.

Through the strategic use of props, guided by a qualified trainer, one can tailor the results of a Galileo workout to achieve specific goals.

Below is a list of my “recommended tools and props” to support your creation of the ultimate home gym. Beyond that, I cannot recommend a balance of personal training, livestream class attendance and on-demand class rentals highly enough.
