Octopus's Garden

Class #4 in the 2022 Aerial Yoga/ Trapeze series puts it all together. With the understanding of pressure that our bodies now have, we are able to transition elegantly from one muscle group to another. 

This class ignites physical strength and freedom.

Please note - if you are practicing in a doorway, unsupported swings or hanging positions are not recommended. Please find an alternative where one limb is always on the ground.
