Ground Zero

This sequence was inspired by a number of shared stores of what it is like to to experience COVID-19.

There has been a consistent theme around breathwork being helpful even when it’s hard. Some celebrities reference specific breathing exercises, but when I looked at all of what I could find, my take-away was

“ It seems like working your ability to breathe in to all parts of your lungs is good. It’s helpful to use your arms to lift your ribs. You probably want to hold your inhale, and also work your capacity to exhale”

So, with the full knowledge that I am NOT a doctor and make no claims that this video will cure or treat any condition, I put together a sequence of positions you can take while lying on your bed that will help you to access most parts of your lungs. And I ended it with an exercise that helps you to recruit the muscles that help you exhale.

It is my hope that when you ( or anyone you love) is/are in a situation where you cannot leave your bed, but want to do SOMETHING to help your lungs, that this sequence might provide you with a platform from which you can experiment.

Be well,

Domini
