Warming up the Back and Hips

We all know how to do shoulder and neck rolls... Less evident is how to open up your lower body, which is usually forced to carry your head and arms around as it drives you, supports your working all day, cooking dinner, etc... 

This warmup will increase your range of motion in the hips, lower back and legs, and help you to work out tight spots you didn't even know that you had.
