Subtle Power

This morning movement meditation began our final day of the Galileo Basics training. 

Grounding your emotional awareness while invigorating your body, this 20 minute sequence wove breathwork, mobility and simple proprioceptive exercises together in preparation for a long day of training. 

Use it as an extra warmup for an intense training session, or simply to prepare for a day that requires extra power and grace.
