We shape our form based on how we use it on a day to day basis, and the good news is that it doesn’t take much to balance out WHATEVER we do.

This simple 20 minute warmup sets you up for smooth movement patterns throughout your day - whether you’re getting ready for a more intense workout, or just getting a few stretches in before an 8 hour day at a desk or at the wheel. Starting with mobility sets you up to maintain mobility, and the enhanced proprioception gained through these simple exercises will help you with full body control throughout your day.
