Feedback about Core Breathwork

I have been using apnea breathing with a client of mine who has severely compromised lungs to help her expand her lung capacity. She recently got Covid - Omicron, fully vaccinated and boosted. She used her apnea breathing when using her cortisone inhaler in order to get the medication deep into her lungs (her idea, not mine). She is on the mend now and is totally convinced that the breathing kept her from getting much sicker, and shortening her recovery time. She speaks from many years of experience.
