This 20 minute warmup is a series of movement "constraint" exercises, sequenced to increase spinal mobility with a focus on rotation and extension. 

In simple language, that means that this 20 minute sequence will help you with backbends, free your hips, and loosen your arms and legs in the process.

Every exercise can be applied anywhere within any workout to facilitate greater proprioception and confidence in movement.
