There are countless benefits to activating your feet. They contain more nerve endings per square centimeter than any other part of the body. Misalignments in the feet will often cause problems further up the “stacking chain” such as lower back issues, indigestion and headaches. From an acupressure perspective, the human foot contains a map of the entire body, with the toes relating to the head, the shoulders and ribs connecting to the balls of the feet, the digestive system arranged through the arches, and the pelvis down by the heels.
