Beginning with a grounding meditation, and ending with myofascial stretching exercises, this 17 minute class builds functional strength for the deep six and the pelvic floor by fully activating the connected muscular chains with a unified focus of grounding the spine, through which all other structural goals can be achieved through length, decompression and ultimately, freedom.
