Closing the Chain - Gyrotonic Homework Series Workshop

Progressing and regressing the Gyrotonic Homework Series. 

This 2 hour workshop uses progression and regression techniques to provide personal modifications for every aspect of the Gyrotonic Homework Series choreography. 
Learn how to support your own body's needs in order to best express the principles of stabilization through contrast and opposition of forces. Use simple home props to increase proprioception, control and stability in order to find your fullest expression of movement.


You will need one theraband, 1-2 yoga blocks ( ideally one foam and one cork), a yoga mat, two 3-5 lb hand weights and one 10 lb hand weight to fully experience this class. 

Please be aware that about 20 minutes in, the video starts again from the beginning. This happened when I added in an exercises sequence that had not been included in the original livestream. Feel free to fast forward over what you have already done, or go deeper if you have the time ;)
