After a couple of months of experimenting with Uddiyana Bandha, and the ability to maintain deep abdominal connections while breathing fully, I began to notice a shortness of breath when my body was at rest, as well as some sluggish digestion.
It didn't take long to realize that my stomach might have "gotten stuck" too far up in my ribcage.
So I put together this little sequence to bring everything back down after practicing your " Upward Flying".
