Inner Space 101 - Releasing the Back

This is a 40 minute breathing class - a great place to start when integrating core breathwork in to your practice. 

You will definitely need a small square of material ( I like a 1 foot square cut of yoga mat, but a washcloth or dishtowel will do as well), and possibly some additional cushions, a stool or a ball for comfortable body positioning.

Free your breath, and your hips will follow

This is an hour long class, divided in to three parts, systematically working down through the body from the shoulders to the thighs.
