Fine Tuning Abdominal Control

Within my breath explorations, a common theme has become " how to maintain core control while still breathing fully". This is part of that exploration, working on both the upper and lower abdominal connections, while still maintaining a full " Tidal Volume" of breath. This relationship of breath to movement is essential if you want to create effortless power in your workout.
